One of the best thought partners I have worked with is Angel Even! Angel has been on our board of directors at Southside for almost two years and during that time has made significant impact on the strategic shift in the conversations of our board meetings, most notably during our Annual Planning retreats. Angel facilitates the sessions with diplomacy and grace and can get the group to think differently in order to better meet the needs of our patient population and to improve our organization as a whole. 

Angel has coached our Quality Assurance committee on how to use tools and training effectively for greater accountability among our staff. Angel is able to take a step back and ask the right questions to spur a productive conversation. She easily solicits input from everyone in the group and challenges their thought processes in such a way that it improves the overall meeting and leaves people feeling included and a sense of belonging at the table. Angel has an excellent ability to engage without putting people on the defensive. 

Angel brings a unique set of skills, an effective style, and an excellent base of experience to her work in facilitation and coaching and has helped us work through issues to become better as a board and as a leadership team.
