Mentorship Program

Applicants must commit to:

• Support the mission & vision of Led by TRUTH
• Develop a business plan & incorporate a community giveback program 
• 2 hours minimum per week of Mentor/Mentee job shadowing\observations\ 1:1 check-ins within the 4-week program
• 30 minute minimum per week of 1:1 coaching session to work through business plan & strategy
• 90 minutes per week Dedicated time with business, finance, and marketing advisors 
• 12-month Consultation Services after program completion 

•  Grant funding for BIPOC entrepreneurs
• Mentorship program for BIPOC entrepreneurs
• 1:1 Coaching sessions for mentees
• Mentee Entrepreneur development of Business Plan
• Exposing Mentees to community giveback efforts
• Promote a sense of community with Mentees
• Develop partnership with key programs/groups within the Twin Cities that focus on improving the BIPOC community
• Assist with building a community within a community

•  Mentees objectives: develop their weekly action plans & goals, write their grant throughout the program (ambitions, challenges, growth opportunities, learning through the program, career goals, plans to be successful)
• Mentors objectives: share lessons learned, develop weekly tasks, sign off on completion, provide a summary of progress, set goals/targets for mentees

• Complimentary program (4 weeks) 
• Award up-to $10K
• 12 months contract consultation after program completion
