What is the Kaizen Mastermind Series?

Tailored for startups and revenue-generating businesses in their early years, the Kaizen Mastermind Series offers bi-weekly 90-minute sessions designed to equip you with essential tools and strategies from the renowned Kaizen System. Led by expert facilitators from Kaizen Consulting Group, these sessions provide:

  • Strategic Guidance: Learn and implement proven strategies to scale your business effectively.
  • Peer Learning: Engage with a network of like-minded entrepreneurs and gain insights through collaborative discussions.
  • Actionable Insights: Receive practical advice and tools that can be immediately applied to drive your business forward.

Who Can Participate?

  • Business registered in Hennepin County
  • Service-based or Consumer Produced Goods (CPG) business
  • Operating for more than one year

  • Our Sprouting Series is currently available at no-cost for Businesses that meet the following criteria:
    • Hennepin County businesses can receive up to 25 hours of support through the Elevate Hennepin Program, as Led by TRUTH is a contracted advisor. 
    • Business Owners may be eligible to receive up to 25 hours of support through Led by TRUTH's collaboration with ACER.
  • Our Mastermind Series in collaboration with Kaizen Consulting Group is currently available at no-cost for Businesses that meet the following criteria:
    • Hennepin County businesses can receive up to 25 hours of support through the Elevate Hennepin Program, as Led by TRUTH is a contracted advisor. 

  • If you're at the idea stage, our Sprouting Series is the right option for you. We'll work on developing a business plan that includes financial projections, a launch plan, and evaluation of your market potential.

  • For assistance with budgeting and building your financial understanding our Sprouting Series would be the best option.

  • FLOURISH Series & Mastermind Series are designed to take you to the next level with a 2.0 growth strategy. 

  • To get started, schedule an initial consultation. You'll have the opportunity to meet with our CEO, who will assess how Led by TRUTH can best support you on your entrepreneurial journey.
