MelanatedROOTS Giving Circle
Passionately backing Founders of Color nurtured by Led by TRUTH. Our mission is clear: Assist emerging entrepreneurs in laying strong foundations for their businesses and dissolve the barriers that might stand in their way. - A giving circle is a collective of individuals who come together to pool their financial resources and make joint decisions on where to donate those funds. This collaborative approach allows members to have a greater impact on charitable causes and organizations.
- Our mission is to assist emerging entrepreneurs in laying strong foundations for their businesses and dissolve the barriers that might stand in their way.
- We support entrepreneurs through our programming, including financial assistance, mentorship, and grants. Funding raised through MelanatedROOTS Giving Circle will fund:
- BLOOM Mentorship Program Grant Replenishment: Offering four grant funding awards of $3,000 per Founder enrolled in program.
- Microgrant Awards: Aiming to establish 2023 Microgrant awards of two microgrants, each valued at $500.
- Year-End Giving: Providing one grant award of $2,500 at the end of the year to one eligible Founder.
- LegacyLOUD Giving Circle assists Led by TRUTH in achieving equity in mentorship by acknowledging the lived experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) mentors. Funding raised through LegacyLOUD Giving Circle provides direct reimbursement for BIPOC mentors & advisors supporting our BLOOM Mentorshiop Program and allocates 10% of funding to increasing Led by TRUTH's capacity.

- Led by TRUTH is a 501.c.3 Nonprofit. Your contributions may be tax-deductible; please consult your tax advisor for specific information regarding tax deductions and documentation.
- Funds are carefully allocated based on Led by TRUTH's needs and goals.
- Grant awards are not based on nominations. All Founders who receive business coaching support from Led by TRUTH are eligible to apply for grant funding. Grant funding eligible Founders are individuals who receive business coaching support via the following program offerings:
- BLOOM Mentorship Program
- SPROUTING Series
- Blossom Breakthroughs
- Flourish Together
