Why are you most excited about supporting emerging Entrepreneurs at Led by TRUTH?

It takes a different set of skills, mindset, and discipline to succeed as an entrepreneur than to succeed as an employee. Yet many of us apply the corporate blueprint we learned in our previous lives to our small businesses. As a result, I have seen too many entrepreneurs become overburdened, time poor and allow their business to run them instead of them running the business. It was the same journey I had to go through myself when I started my business. My focus as a business coach is to help BIPOC entrepreneurs change their trajectory so they can make a positive impact on the world through their businesses.

I believe that your business:

- Have the ability to change the world!

If your business is not doing this right now, then there is a good chance you are still in the

employee mode instead of an entrepreneurial mode. (It’s not surprising, our educational systems are built to make us great employees!). I love working with entrepreneurs to help them create new patterns and ways of working on their business to get massive results!

Since launching Led by TRUTH, we've been able to provide support for Founders to turn their dreams into reality. Being an Entrepreneur can sometimes fell like you are constantly on a rollercoaster holding on for dear life.  We are creating a space where you don't have to ride that roller coaster alone. I'm excited for Led by TRUTH to be able to be a guide that brightens a Founder's light if it begins to dim.

I am THE MOST EXCITED to use my calling of speaking, teaching and mentoring emerging Entrepreneurs at Led by TRUTH! I intentionally support people, places, organizations that are owned by those from the Global Majority community. I spend my coins at their businesses AND love sharing resources and support for people to thrive in their personal lives and professional

careers.
